Benefits in Sony Account

Today we had the director’s award from the Sony and FGD meeting about the software or knowledge base that we are currently using in handling technical calls either from software, hardware and etc support. I already reviewed my questions to the client about the knowledge base that we are currently using however the FGD meeting didn’t pushed through. Since the meeting was cancelled the awarding still proceeds. So I am going to tell you the exciting prizes that the directors of SONY gave to our employees. For the third prize they gave a network walkman, it’s a MP4 unit with 4GB size of memory. It’s totally awesome because you can play the videos with sound and it has surround sounds.
The second prize is the DSCW55 digital camera. It is very light in texture and the camera was totally amazing. The grand prize or the first prize was SONY WEGA 21 inches television. Totally awesome right!

Those are the prizes in producing consistent surveys. Those surveys must meet the seventy (70%) percent to eighty five (85%) first call resolution known as FCR and customer satisfaction known as CSAT.

If those prizes were conducted in the earlier years on SONY, definitely my wifey is going to get it because my wifey is the one of the number one producer of one hundred (100%) surveys!
