Well on my explanation regarding this issue and to make it a lot simpler, Net Neutrality is giving the equality to all internet users and providers. Basically it is the topic about limiting the access over the internet with respect to ISP provider that you are using. That is the exact word. Meaning to say that you are going to pay your ISP provider and they will give you limited access on the things that you can browse over the net. That is not good. Internet should be open for everybody without limitation at all.

Since this is a very controversial topic, many people are protesting regarding this issue. Internet should be open for all; we should experience the unlimited surfing through the internet.
